Casablanca Market Moroccan Rose Chermoula Spice Seafood Blend
Across much of Morocco, seafood is usually first marinated in herbs and spices before being cooked. Our Chermoula Seafood Blend deliberately has less garlic and does not include dried cilantro, as we encourage our customers to add only the freshest ingredients to their seafood dishes.
To make one cup of marinade, combine our Chermoula Seafood Blend with:
2 TBSP of Casablanca Market Chermoula Blend; one cup chopped cilantro; one cup chopped parsley; 3 cloves garlic; 1⁄4 cup extra-virgin olive oil; one tsp of Casablanca Market Harissa (optional for extra heat); 1 TSP of Casablanca Market Preserved lemon puree
Ingredients: Rose Petals, Spices, Sea Salt, Garlic, Smoked Paprika, Spice Extractives, Rice Concentrate
