Cooking Classes

Casablanca Market offers monthly, hands-on classes in Moroccan cooking under the tutelage of Chef Casablanca. These classes take place in a private home here in Mountain View. About 10 to 12 students generally attend and participate in the preparation of three to four Moroccan dishes. This is followed by a sit-down dinner as the students consume what they have cooked. There is a different menu each month.
